Publication Ethics

The editorial board of the [Journal Name] is committed to ensuring the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all possible measures against any publication malpractices. Authors, editors, and reviewers involved in the publication process are expected to follow ethical behavior in line with international standards and the guidelines from the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).


1. Duties of Authors

  • Authors must present original work that has not been published or submitted elsewhere.

  • All sources of data and citations must be properly acknowledged.

  • Plagiarism in any form constitutes unethical publishing behavior and is unacceptable.

  • Authors must declare any conflicts of interest that may influence the results or interpretation.

  • All co-authors should have made significant contributions and approve the final version of the manuscript.

  • If authors discover a significant error or inaccuracy in their submitted or published manuscript, they are obligated to promptly notify the journal.


2. Duties of Editors

  • Editors are responsible for deciding which submitted articles should be published.

  • They must ensure a fair double-blind peer review process.

  • Editors must maintain confidentiality regarding submitted manuscripts.

  • Editorial decisions must be free from commercial or personal bias.

  • Editors must take responsive measures when ethical complaints are presented concerning a submitted or published manuscript.


3. Duties of Reviewers

  • Reviewers assist editors in making editorial decisions and help authors improve their manuscripts.

  • Manuscripts received for review must be treated as confidential documents.

  • Reviewers should conduct the review objectively, with constructive criticism.

  • Reviewers must notify the editor if they find substantial similarity or overlap with another published work.

  • Reviewers must not review manuscripts where they have conflicts of interest.


4. Plagiarism and Misconduct Policy

  • All manuscripts submitted to this journal will be checked for plagiarism using reliable detection tools (e.g., Turnitin, iThenticate).

  • If plagiarism or unethical behavior is discovered, the manuscript will be rejected or retracted, and appropriate actions will be taken following COPE guidelines.


5. Conflicts of Interest

  • Authors must disclose any financial or personal relationships that might bias their work.

  • Editors and reviewers must recuse themselves from handling manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest.
